Privacy Policy for Apps is used to inform visitors regarding policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use Sparrow apps, then you agree to the collection and use of information concerning this policy via Google Play and if there are ads, then Admob too. The Personal Information that Google Play may collect is used for providing and improving the app. Sparrow uses the Google Play platform which collects your information. If you use Google Play, Google Play collects your information regardless if you use the Sparrow app or some other app.

Privacy Policy describes how and if any information is being used when there is an interface between Sparrow App and Google Play with your device. If any other programs should be used, their privacy policy will be added to this page.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, Google Play and if there are ads (Admob Google) may collect certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to cookies, and cookies for google advertisements. The information will be retained on your device and is not collected by Sparrow in any way.

Please note that Sparrow will not be able to provide you with the data collected by Google Play and/or Admob Google, please contact them for this information directly. Sparrow does not see the personalized information from your apps about you, nor can verify you on Google Play Console. There is no way Sparrow would be able to retrieve this information or delete it, as locating you or anyone is not possible.

Log Data

Please note that whenever you use android applications from Sparrow, provided by Google Play Store, in a case of an error in the app Google Play collects data and information on your phone device called Log Data.

This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing an app, the time and date of your use of the app, and other statistics. This information is collected by Google Play and Admob Google if there are ads on an application.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory. Also, analytics information could be collected such as the location for app usability purposes and user interface purposes. Sparrow does not collect these cookies on apps, but Google Play and Admob Google do.

Apps on Google Play may or may not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies on certain apps, but Sparrow provides only game apps and does not collect cookies.

Google Play mentioned that they may introduce this option, but it is not possible to do it on game developer programs just yet nor on Google Play. Sparrow does not know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse Google Play cookies, at this point there are no options, however, you may switch off permissions on your device.

Sparrow does not know if your device still communicates with Google Play when the permissions are turned off, please visit Google Play and Admob Google for these questions and pose these questions directly.

Service Providers

Sparrow may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To facilitate our Service – such as the Google Play platform
To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used

Please be advised that these third parties may have access to your Personal Information, such as cookies. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

At this point, only Google Play and Admob Google are involved in processing information and Sparrow does not want to collect your personal information. If an application would require additional permissions for data use or space use or synchronization with any other applications, you will see these in the app description on Google Play.

Up to now, Sparrow Apps may contain a link to this website. If you click on Sparrow’s privacy policy, you will be directed to that site. Sparrow has no control over and assumes no responsibility for Google Play and Admob privacy policy and practices, as they are third parties.

Children’s Privacy

Sparrow provides children’s content on this website, you may discover A Very Berry Fairy Adventure or an app that could be child friendly. There is no way for Sparrow Team to know if your child visited this website or if your child downloaded a Sparrow app.

The analytics on this website does not show people’s age, just demographics, and device type, and if the content is interesting for people to read, the same for apps, this general information is visible on Google Play.

Please note that you, as an adult/parent/guardian should know/be aware of what your child downloads and which websites your child visits. There are options on television and computers and cell phones to turn off any content that is not child friendly.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided Sparrow with personal information by sending us an e-mail, please send an e-mail to info @ sparrow-publishing.com, so that Sparrow Team will delete this e-mail as soon as possible, if it were not already deleted.

Please note, that Sparrow does not keep e-mails from people for more than a few days unless it is a book review from an adult and comments on posts from adults that do not contain suspicious links. If your child downloaded an app on Google Play and you disagree with the app, please uninstall it as soon as possible from the device.

Sparrow Team may update Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes, please that the date on the top of this page will change should there be any new updates. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
